Eligibility for Refunds/Returns: All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be initiated unless the product arrives damaged and then we will send a replacement.

Initiating a Refund/Return Request: When requesting a replacement, please include a picture of the damaged item within 1 week of purchase. You may keep the damaged item and we will ship a new one to you at no cost. Send your request to info@progressivedevilry.com with a copy of the receipt of purchase.
