Grooming has been the go to Dog Whistle of alt-right “Christians” for quite some time. Transphobia and Dragphobia is the new Satanic Panic.
If you really think that drag queens are grooming then you need to apply the same logic to all performers and entertainers. If you don’t then you’re just a bigot and it shows.
If you wouldn’t have a problem with a cheerleader or someone like Dolly Parton reading your child a story, you should really stop to ask yourself why.
Spreading the misinformation and accusations is dangerous and gets innocent people killed. The LGBTQIA2S+ community is already a vulnerable marginalized community, and ignorantly spreading these accusations without proof or first hand experience is heinous. As are the people that gleefully do so under the guise of faux-righteousness.
